All orders are processed from our warehouse in Byron Bay, Australia. We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is ready it will be shipped with Australia Post via your selected delivery method - standard or express.

Standard Shipping
- We offer FREE standard shipping on all AU jewellery orders.
- $10 AUD flat rate for AU clothing orders.
Express Shipping
- We offer FREE express shipping on all AU jewellery orders over AUD $120.
- $15 AUD flat rate for AU orders under AUD $120.
Delivery Time
24 hour dispatch guaranteed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Australia Post Standard eParcel
- Same state: 2-4 business days
- Interstate: 3-8 business days (excluding Western Australia and the Northern Territory)
Australia Post Express eParcel
- Same state: 1-2+ business days
- Interstate: 2-3+ business days
Please note that as we are shipping from the regional area of Byron Bay, the shipping times may vary depending on where in each state/territory the parcel is being posted to.
NEW ZEALAND
- We offer standard shipping only via Australia Post for a flat rate of AUD $15.

International shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. For international deliveries please contact us for a quote before purchase.
