Hunter Rose Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hunter Rose jewels — but if things aren’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges (Full-Priced Items Only)

We offer store credit or exchange on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, excluding earrings. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging (including tags and box).

  • You must include proof of purchase with your return.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Earrings

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are only eligible for return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original condition and packaging.
If you'd like to return earrings, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible.

Free Returns (within 24 hours)

Not quite what you imagined? We offer free, no-fuss returns within 24 hours of delivery — for all eligible items. No awkward emails. Just easy, breezy returns.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty:

  1. Please email photos and a brief description to laura@hunterrose.com.au.

  2. Once approved, you can return the item for assessment.

  3. If confirmed faulty, we’ll offer you a refund or exchange, and we’ll also cover your return shipping costs(including original shipping fees).
