If your jewels aren't exactly as you imagined, no stress. Sometimes things just aren't quite right.

Necklaces, Bracelets, Clothing & Accessories

You can return any item for free within 30 days, as long as the items are in their original condition without any signs of wear or damage. They must also be in their original packaging (box, tags included).

Earrings? A little different.

For hygiene reasons, we offer free returns within 24 hours of delivery — just as long as they haven’t been worn and again, are in their original packaging.
